[Bug] Multiple tabs/windows lead to race conditions

Description

When multiple tabs are open on Chat AI, this can lead to race conditions. For example when adding a new conversation in one tab while the response is being generated in another tab, or when trying to hold multiple conversations at once.

Expectation

Chat AI should support having multiple tabs open at the same time. If a change is made in one tab, it should appear in all other tabs as well. If two conversations are taking place simultaneously, there should be no race conditions or unforeseen errors; it should be possible to simply move between tabs and use Chat AI normally.
