Fleet version: 4.64.0
Web browser and operating system: N/A

💥  Actual behavior

Global and Host activity feeds no longer show "Fleet" as the actor when installing software or running scripts.

🧑‍💻  Steps to reproduce

  1. Enroll a macOS host with at least one software installer and script as part of Setup Experience.
  2. Observe there is no longer an actor listed in either of the activity feeds

This was working prior to merging the Unified Queue work #22866
Previously fixed with this PR #23310
