Some new refactored packages as part of the monorepo are missing readme #1526

While previously there was a single project and npm package, the refactoring to multiple packages requires a readme for each project. The following packages are missing readme:

  • fdc3-agent-proxy
  • fdc3-context
  • fdc3-get-agent
  • fdc3-schema
  • fdc3-standard
