Not an issue; how do i remove the theme?

I'm gonna switch to linux soon, and I'm planning to use chicago95 with the modoki theme to fit the aesthetic, but i MUST know: how do I remove the theme? I'm mostly asking since the theme uses the profile folder, and I wanna know how I can remove it without having to make a new profile and lose all my data.. (Passwords, Logins, Cache, Cookies, Bookmarks etc etc)
(not to say the theme is bad, it's perfect for the windows 7 vibe and i've been using it for years and really hope it keeps being developed :3)
