FA can't view pending bookings

Describe the bug
The FA is not able to approve events as he/she can't see the pending events.

To Reproduce
This has happened for Project Vision and the Chess club among a few others. Both of these clubs are new users to onboard the portal. The issue might be related to that.
Tested a new club flow in staging. Worked fine.
Need to test on prod.

If there is no repro for this I guess we can close. If someone could check with users whether this is still a problem that would be great

I'll check with this SC and meanwhile try to reproduce it on local (and maybe prod as well).
If not repro, I'll close this suspecting it to be because of some inconsistency in the database. We could open in future if seen again.
