Description

Updated the value returned for uptime_seconds on AIX machines to show elapsed seconds from boot rather than returning the data as epoch

FYI One of the travisCI job configs seems borked

The travis failures are due to changes in the upcoming Ruby 2.5 release. I'll fix those in another PR
