Daylight Savings Time shifts available time back an hour

Issue Summary

I created a recurring 90-min meeting that takes place every Sunday 3-4:30pm Central time. I offer seats for this call.

I created a custom Availability for this specific meeting type so it occurs at the same time every week. No other events can occur on Sundays.

When testing the booking page I noticed the day that daylight savings time begins (this year it's March 9, 2025), the start time is listed as 4pm instead of 3pm. No other recurring events in this series are affected.

I am not sure if there could be another cause for this bug other than daylight savings time.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Created custom availability for Sundays 3-4:30pm
2. Saved settings for my recurring meeting and Clicked to view the Preview page.
3. Noticed that only March 9 says the available time starts at 4pm. All other weeks state 3pm as expected.

I expect all Sundays to show the same availability, and the user to be able to book this repeating 90-minute call starting at the same time (3pm).

Actual Results

• March 9 is showing 4pm availability instead of 3pm. All other weeks state 3pm as expected.

Expected Results

• All recurrent events of this series should show the start time of 3pm.
