[Announment] Apollo 1.9.0 released

Apollo Team is glad to announce the release of Apollo 1.9.0.

This release includes the following Enhancements and bugfixs.

• Support for consul service discovery. Added support for consul service discovery #3575
• Support Spring Boot config data loader. feature: add Spring Boot 2.4 config data loader support #3754
• Use db/redis for share login session to support mutil portal instance. And make db mode for default. feature: shared session for multi apollo portal #3786 make jdbc session enable default #3869
• Add history details for not key-value type of namespace. feat: add history details for not key-value type of namespace #3856
• Public namespace support different formats. feature: public namespace support different formats #3836 Summer2021 support more format #3871
• Support search by item key for commit. add history query. #3878 fix search history. #3894
