Incorrect composer autoload file used

https://github.com/andreaswolf/fractor/blob/main/packages/fractor/bin/fractor.php#L12
uses the vendor folder in the current working directory.
This is (hopefully) not the place where fractor has been installed to! (do not mix tools with project files)

In our setups we install tools in a separate folder, hence there is a vendor folder per tool.
So in order to find the correct autoload-file https://github.com/andreaswolf/fractor/blob/main/packages/fractor/bin/fractor.php#L13 needs to be tried first.
