Personalized collaboration carets

As a creator, I would like different users to have different colors for their carets to make it easier to differentiate them from each other. Furthermore, the same user should only show with one present indicator (with potentially multiple carets in the same color) to make it easier to understand how many users are there at the same time. Finally, anonymous users should have the username Anonymous to make their status clear (they already show up multiple times with an A in the present indicator) - they can be differentiated using different caret colors.

Criteria of acceptance

• Individual users have their own caret color
• A logged in user only shows up one time in the present indicator
• Anonymous users all have the name Anonymous in their caret which has a different color for each

Additional context

• This should match Google Docs and Word so we do not have any un-expected behaviors.
