abseil-cpp code is not building in OSX with arm64 platform in bazel 8.0.0 version

I am running on mac m2 machine. Although i am able to execute on linux machine. I am not sure what is wrong with my mac. It is not able locate the header files. Can anyone guide me on this

I reported similar trouble in #1802 (comment).

For me, this problem arises only within a Nix shell created by mkShellNoCC. If I use the same Bazel configuration on the same computer outside of a Nix shell, it builds fine.

Actually we are using rules_cc 0.1.1 in bazel 8.0.0 i am facing issue there. When i dig deep into it, i found it is coming from abseil/cpp repo. So i pulled this repo and trying to build in my local(bazel build //...). I am facing the above error which i shared. Your subject title is correct "abseil/cpp is not building in mac osx with arm64 platform. " Interestingly it worked with macOSX x86_64 platform machine.

I need some help here.
