can't move window

Describe the bug
I can't move window after the app of vscode is updated to the latest version 1.97.2 or higher.
I can move window when I used vscode 1.96.0.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. xpra start :100 --start=code
2. connect from xpra gui on windows os

System Information (please complete the following information):

• Server OS: Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
• Client OS: windows 10
• Xpra Server Version 6.2.1
• Xpra Client Version 6.2.3

I have the same issue on Almalinux 9.5 (Xpra Server) and Win11 (Xpra). I'm using xpra 6.2.5 on both side.
