The front plate is hard to print for 2 reasons:

  • The chamfer on the 5015 opening is too steep for a .4mm extrusion to overlap, causing outer perimeters to droop and fail (sometimes)
  • The fan ducting is not a flat plane, so it cannot be bridged cleanly and requires supports in hard to reach places
