Currently, the documentation generation process is broken. ReadTheDocs isn't good platform to build and deploy documentation, especially, when GitHub offers GitHub Pages.

  • Remove ReadTheDocs dependency.
  • Remove BuildTheDocs dependency.
  • Update and verify Sphinx extensions.
  • Remove sphinx_rtd_theme as a Git submodule.
