关于哔哩哔哩解析防止刷屏的改进请求 #235

当前版本中防止刷屏的策略从wiki中看到是同群组中相同的链接3分钟内不会被解析。
然而B站目前有多种链接形式，包括BV AV 短连接等。
请问，能否将限制策略更改为例如某群某视频3分钟内不发送解析？
