Just as title says. Hit a lectern with a book inside with a catapult spell and congrats: you made a phantom book.
The book that's dropped is, as far as i can tell, entirely normal. The one in the lectern is the funky one that isn't like all other books and just.. refuses to open for reasons.
Definitely one of THE spells of all time.
(also it won't spawn another book assuming you use catapult again, you unfortunately cannot make infinite communist manifestos like this.)
