Pre populated port number not accepted when creating new ftp client

Describe the bug
When ceating a new sftp client connection, port "22" is already filled in. After filling in the remaining fields and hit "Run Test" a field validation error is presented indicating that the value of the port number is not correct. Then when you clear the field and enter the same port number is it accepted.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'FTP Configuation'
2. Click on 'Add FTP client.'
3. Populate ftp credentials but leave field port at 22
4. Click on "Run Test"
5. See error

Expected behavior
accept pre-populated portnumber and test sftp connection
