Wrong source port used by sipp to send media when using rtp_stream #384

when using rtp_stream, sipp sends media on wrong source port. instead of sending from default port 6000 as advertised in SDP for listening, it sends RTP on a dynamic port above 8000.

i found issue 192 #192 showing same issue . but it seems like the issue is still not solved in latest 3.5.2
