There's a tiny rendering artifact for the titlebar on Wayland:

Just noticed this after you pointed this out. I reinstalled BreezeEnhanced to check this and it wasn't there. Then I reinstalled Zephyr back and it was gone. Maybe you can give it a try too.

I will still debug it though. Is it only occurring on a specific button size or is it the same with other sizes?

I haven't tested other button styles but I think it has something to do with Plasma Style. On the screenshot I was using Utterly Nord. Here I'm using default Breeze, but color palette is the same:

Even I'm using a custom Plasma Style (Colloid Dark). Different Plasma styles and Window decorations shouldn't matter as they are designed to work independently. This issue is reproducible and quite uncertain. We can only try to guess what's causing this at the moment.

Also, when I was trying to reproduce this, I tried out a bunch of decorations and styles and the OG artifact came back. I reinstalled the theme again, and force restarted the compositor using kwin_wayland --replace and it went away. (Theme reinstallation might not even be needed). It could be just that the theme's elements are still cached in the memory. You can try this and also the Colloid Dark plasma theme.

Fixed the artifact in the latest commit 3e8f395
