[BugFix] update frontend-components and build new plotly and table html assets

1. Why?:

   • Resolves https://github.com/OpenBB-finance/OpenBB/security/dependabot/1860
   • Resolves https://github.com/OpenBB-finance/OpenBB/security/dependabot/1861

2. What?:

   • Updates the frontend-components
   • Bumps the version of plotly.js in the charting extension, and updates the two compiled HTML files.

3. Impact:

   • Potential for new version of plotly.js to do something unexpected, it's hard to know until it happens. :)

4. Testing Done:

   • Verifying the tables and charts are still working, but I didn't try to break them - out of scope.
