Parameter k8sAPIQPS is missing in Helm values.yaml #975

Describe the bug

Trident 24.10 introduced the qps parameter. It is covered in Helm here:

trident/helm/trident-operator/templates/tridentorchestrator.yaml

Line 73 in 4ed2197

k8sAPIQPS: {{ .Values.k8sAPIQPS }}

However, it is not included/documented in values.yaml. I believe it should be added there along with a brief docmentation (default, min/max value).
