To instal this work for your personal use, follow these steps

Create a mailchimp account
Clone/Download the repository
Set up your repository(clone option)
Unzip the downloaded folder.
Move the folder to your preferred location
Open index.html and get your mailchimp customized code and copy it as required by mailchimp
Done!!
