Successful installation, but showed "There is no script engine for file extension '.vbs'" #1019

I just successfully installed the extension into VS2017 15.7.3 on Windows 10 (1709); but was shown an error dialog with the message "There is no script engine for file extension '.vbs'" during the installation process, which seems not great:
