Blank drop-down menus in Export and Transfer. #12

As mentioned in the title, the drop-down menus seem to be blank whenever I click on them and thus I can't proceed. What am I doing wrong? Does the program need to be placed in a particular directory?

Just wanted to say that I fixed the issue by installing the game on C:
