QIF Export seems to be broken for me. #276

Just tried to export some transactions and and after going through the QIF import wizard in the Desktop, none of the transactions are present. I looked at the QIF file and it doesn't appear to be compliant (but I'm by no means an expert):

Seems like the amount should be a T rather than a dollar sign. Also, the last tx wasn't a rebate but an expense.
