[Feature Request]: Utilize empty space for playlist queue when Hide Recommended Videos is enabled

Problem Description

See screenshot.
Only 4 videos are shown even when there is plenty of empty unused space.
UI scaling has no effect.

Proposed Solution

Flexible and scrollable area that expands to fix the viewing area.

I think the length of the playlist queue should at least expand to match the end of the Title box below the player
