Support upsert functionality in write_iceberg

Hello,

I've been exploring the documentation for write_iceberg, and I recently noticed that PyIceberg now supports upsert (apache/iceberg-python#402).

Would it be possible to extend Daft’s write_iceberg functionality to include upsert support? This would allow for more efficient updates and inserts when writing to Iceberg tables.
