Ads finalization

A couple of tasks to finalize the Ads feature:

1. For As a landlord I'd like to have the option to provide my land for advertising when I'm listing so when not rented so I can earn some more income #885 (listing modal step 4):

• Change the image as per the latest design.
• Add a warning that the user will need to sign a message.
• Update the text as per the latest design and include the following hyperlinks:

2. For As a landlord I'd like to have the option to opti-in/out my land for advertising after I have listed so I can change my mind #886 (toggle in property details) - same changes as the ones above:

• Change the image as per the latest design.

3. For [FE]As a landlord I'd like to have the option to cash-out my ads income so I can spend it #888 (claim modal):

• Update text as per the latest design and include the following hyperlinks:

• In the text, the bolded X should be the amount of listed properties with ads enabled for this given wallet. And the bolded Y should be the months awards have been accrued for. Both numbers should be integers. Keep both numbers bolded.

4. For Change Scene in Summary of listing modal when opted-in for Ads #944 (listing modal step 5):

• Under Scene change the text from Partner Name Ads Billboad to PrecisionX Ads Billboard
• On hoover - update the text as per the design.
• On hoover - change the image to the one as per the design (the same as in As a landlord I'd like to have the option to provide my land for advertising when I'm listing so when not rented so I can earn some more income #885 and As a landlord I'd like to have the option to opti-in/out my land for advertising after I have listed so I can change my mind #886).

5. If the property has been rented then the redeployment of the promotional scene prompt should be active (as per As a landlord I want to be able to deploy a promotional scene after a rent on my land so I can remove the scene of the last renter #820). However, if the property has ads enabled - the prompt shouldn't appear. At the moment this is not the case and even if I have the ads enabled - then the promo scene prompt should not appear.
