Linux: AUR, pre compiled binary
macOS: app bundle
Windows: MSI with dll for Qt?

Need to figure out how to bundle Qt in case of macOS and Windows.

PyInstaller looks like it'll let us do this with ease. We can package everything into a single executable or archive for all three platforms and it supports Qt
