Mutual TLS client certificates authentication

I like to self host.
I prefer to run my selfhosted services behind mutual tls.

Server side there is no extra work needed as all the work is done under the reverse proxy setup.

MTLS will add
extra security to the handshake between the shiori instance and the android app.
