For example, I have Knoxville, TN labelled as a favorite, and upon loading the app, it lists sunrise at 6:57 for Monday, March 10, an hour behind, on account of DST. However, if I then search for, and click on Knoxville, it provides the correct time. If I then switch to a different city, and return to Knoxville through the favorites menu, it will again show the incorrect time. Unfavoriting and refavoriting Knoxville appears to have permanently fixed it, but other favorite locations suffer the same issue.

I'm having the same exact issue, using Toronto Ontario Canada as an example, DST changed last Sunday (time moved forward 1 hour) and since then all the saved favorites in that timezone are stuck on the old time. Searching for and adding the same locations again shows the correct time.
The "old" saved favorites drop an entire day from view, it's not necessarily just off by one hour.
Paris, London or other locations that didn't get a DST change are fine, load with the correct time and don't drop a day from their view.
